STEP 1 – CONTACT US
FLA Phuket is accepting applications for enrolment for the current academic year and beyond. FLA welcomes children of all nationalities and backgrounds above the age of 6 years to 11 years.
STEP 2 – APPLICATION
Each application form (one per child) will be sent to your email and must be submitted with the required supporting documents as below:

Copy / scan of child’s passport

Copy / scan of child’s identification card (if applicable)

Copy / scan of child’s birth certificate
(translated into English or Russian) -
Copy / scan of child's visa (if applicable)
-
Copy / scan of parents’ passports
-
Copy / scan of parents’ identification card (if applicable)
-
Copy / scan of parents’ visas (if applicable)
-
Copy / scan of previous school reports for current and previous academic year (translated into English or Russian)
-
Copy of any educational psychologist’s or medical reports (if applicable)

Two passport size photographs of your child (taken within the last 6 months) (jpeg if emailed)
STEP 3 – SUBMISSION AND REVIEW OF APPLICATION
Original and completed registration form and documents required should be emailed by a parent or legal guardian as attachments (scanned completed registration form and required documents should be uploaded in PDF format and in high quality). Should there be any additional documents required, our Admissions Team will inform you as soon as possible.
STEP 4 – ADMISSION ASSESSMENT (Entry Test)
Interview by Headteacher to have an insight into potential student’s personality, interests, values and personal goals. All students will need to complete an entry assessment to establish the level they are working to. The outcome of this assessment will determine the level of language and subjects intensity that is required to ensure good progress.
STEP 5 – REGISTRATION
Registration is only complete when all required documents and the fee and deposit are received. An information pack with all the necessary information will be provided to parents.
